I can not schedule classes

The following situation might lead to a failure when scheduling class for your kid, please make sure to screen these situations out before schedule a class:

1. No available classes left in your account; (simply check your Class Inventory to find it out)

2. The students is in a trans-level stage. (For more details, please refers to the 2nd answer HERE)

If you find it remains a problem for you to schedule a class after screened out those 2 cases above. Please do not hesitate and send a screenshot of the error notification page to service@lingobus.com . We will try our best to provide assistance.
