We can connect you with your child's learning advisor, who is your go-to resource for advice on studying, scheduling, and your child's progress.

*Our business hours are Monday-Friday 10:00-7:00 Beijing time, but we try to answer messages/emails inquiries when possible during non-business hours as well.

*With any contact, please give us your account login information (email or phone number) so we can quickly locate your account, a detailed description of the issue, and any photos/screenshots that might be relevant.
